This memorial is a feature in Caledonia's Municipal Cemetery. It is a large pillar with an inscription and a cross with a sword engraved on it. Besides the featured pillar, there is a small garden and two flags (Canada and Ontario).

Inscription: "At the going down of the sun and in the morning we will remember them".
