The rococo castle was bulid by Prince Georg Wilhelm. It can be visited every first sunday of a month.

A special feature of the castle is that each room is decorated in a different color. In 1885, the British Queen Victoria visited the castle. She called later in her diary a "colorful box of chocolates." After 250 years of eventful history, the town Weiterstadt bought the castle. It can be booked for events.
