This red, white and blue Broken Star block is easy to spot when driving west along Route 10 west of Orange City. It is in keeping with the patriotic theme of this barn: note the flag roof on the barn. This block is a fairly new addition to the Sioux County barn quilts and is on the north side of the road.

This was another fun discovery on our way home from Orange City yesterday. I hadn't seen this one before so it must be a new addition.
