Mark is a metal disk set in top of a concrete monument at ground level. It is located east of Green River Pkwy and a few feet west of a fence line (and witness post), south of Walton Road.

Monumented in 2005 by surveying company GCY, Inc. for South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD).
