The Embassy of Iraq is located across the street from a parking lot of the Canadian Museum of Nature. It is a small building, quite easily missed. Since the first Gulf War in 1990/91, residence and staffing levels have been unstable. The current ambassador, His Excellency Dr. Abdulrahman Hamid Al-Husaini, was appointed in October 2009.
