1.10 MI NORTHEAST ALONG STATE HIGHWAY 163 FROM THE CROSSING OF THE
MARBLEHEAD RAILROAD IN LAKESIDE, THENCE 0.20 MI NORTH ALONG FRANCES STREET, ON THE PROPERTY OF THE U.S. COAST GUARD, SET FLUSH IN CONCRETE RETAINING/HEADWALL NEAR THE WEST SIDE OF THE BOAT BASIN, 47.O FT WEST OF THE EAST EDGE OF HEADWALL, 1.3 FT EAST OF THE WEST EDGE OF HEADWALL, 3.7 FT SOUTH OF THE NORTH EDGE OF HEADWALL, BEING HIGHEST POINT OF CENTER OF A STANDARD NOS DISK SET FLUSH WITH THE SURFACE. THE RESET DISK IS ABOUT 4.0 FT WEST OF THE LOCATION OF THE ORIGINAL DISK, WHICH HAS BEEN REMOVED.
