The Engine House Restaurant offers free meals to kids on Tuesdays from 5pm to 8pm. (as long as they are accompanied by an adult) Engine House Restaurant was established in 1979. Owned and operated by the same person successfully for 25 years. It has some great firefighting memorbilia hanging on the walls and througout the restaurant. I posted some photos of the memorbilia. My husband and I ate here during our yearly trip to Salem. The service was awesome and the food was great. We highly recommend this place. Click here for their website: (

no restriction on age. Adults do not have to order, but the child does have to be accompanied by an adult.
