Very nice four sided street clock in a prominent location. Faces have the words Rotary Club of Whitehorse on them. Nearby is a plaque with the following inscription:

A gift to the people of Whitehorse from the Rotary Club of Whitehorse in commemoration of the 100th Anniversary of Rotary International. September 26, 2003
