Wat Yansangwararam is located ~15kms to the south of the resort city of Pattaya. It is an important Buddhist wat, and it is personally endorsed by the King of Thailand.

Near the main entrance to this Wat is a rather attractive, ornamental fountain. The fountain is ~3m in diameter with an intertwined set of bronze coloured, metal flowers as its centrepiece. The water jets encircle these flowers.

I did enquire as to the viability of the fountain. I was told by one of the grounds keepers, via my Thai cultural consultant, that the fountain was operational, merely that it was so only in in the cool of the late afternoon and evening.
