  • Mesto Vimperk leží na Šumave cca 130 km jižne od hlavního mesta Prahy.

  • Je to prastaré mesto, které se pyšní vlastním erbem (viz). Tento erb byste však na kanalizacních poklopech hledali marne.

  • Kuriózne však na nekolika kanalizacních poklopech v srdci historického centra uvidíte erb Hlavního mesta Prahy (viz).

  • Tyto "pražské" poklopy najdete na námestí ve Vimperku.
