This is a single lane bridge, there's a wide spot on the west side to wait your turn to go thru the bridge. The day I visited the bridge, the traffic was quite heavy, a line of about 6 cars in each direction. Everyone seems to know to take their turn, and everyone was quite considerate and cautious. No caution lites or signals, just people using common sense!! Great stone work.
It is located at the intersection of E Lake St and E South St in Woodstock, IL
