This bear is wearing a bright orange sweater and beret...and is posed as if finsihing a dance step...with jazz hands flaying. The sweater has the words "CASINO PIER" displayed in an oval on the front center.
The statue would appear to be manufactured from fiberglass...and is one of several oversized cartoon character sculptures in the area.
