Mark Twain is located just outside the entrance to the Delta City Library. The Delta City Library is located at 76 North 200 West in Delta, Utah.
The Library hours are:
Monday-Friday - 2:00 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday - 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Sunday - Closed
Despite the Library hours, the statue is accessible any time, as it is situated outside of the Library.
