This sculpture can be found in front of the Renaissance Hotel, formerly the SkyDome Hotel at 1 Blue Jays Way in Toronto. It stands in the centre of a circular garden in the middle of a circular driveway in front of the hotel. The garden plants have grown up quite a lot and they partially obscure the sculpture. As you walk around the circle you can see bits of the sculpture but never the entire piece at one time. The sculpture is made up of a thick central spiral section and is bisected by a large oval disc which slants downward towards a separate shallow bowl. Both of the pieces of the sculpture are bronze with a dark green patina. There are also rust coloured streaks on the main spiral caused by the water which flows out of the top and down the sides, across the flat disc and into the shallow bowl on the ground.
You will see if you click the link below that the trees and shrubs have grown quite considerably since they were planted and now are partially obscuring the sculpture.
This is one of the sculptures (#14) that can be found on the City of Toronto's Art Walk - Toronto's Outdoor Art Gallery.

"Spiral Fountain
Judith Schwarz, 1990
The intense dynamism of Spiral Fountain is intended to echo the drive-around entrance of the SkyDome Hotel. Set in a garden, the strong vertical thrust of the central figure-like form originates from a spiral shell shape set in the ground at a slight angle. This configuration can be read as a metaphorical description of the unifying energies and forces that connect the earth and sky. Moving around th edriveway by car, bicycle or foot, the sculpture reveals itself gradually in a manner similar to certain classical sculptures that were created for viewing “in the round.”
