This Penny Smasher is located at the Feeding Station Visitor Center near the Pymantuning Resevoir Spillway in Linesville, PA. Their motto is Where the Ducks Walk on the Fish. This is due to the fact that in the spillway area the carp are so dense that ducks can actually walk on their backs as people drop bread from above to feed them. It's quite entertaining to watch (the fish, the ducks, and the people.)
