Naga world is a large, new, and swish casino in the really good part of Phnom Penh, on the Mekong River, near the Australian embassy. Running along the front of this edifice, either side of the main entrance, is a fountain. The fountains consists of water jets which shoot vertically into the air, and change colour periodically.
