The owner has a fondness for chilli and although we didn't try it, it seemed to be a local favorite since he has entered it in numerous cook-off's. They are also know for their special "drunk-in-chicken". I tried that and it was great. We also sampled the lemon peppered chicken and that was good too. Prices are not cheap but not extravagant either.
The service we had was good too. Over all we enjoyed the atmosphere, which is quite neat and the entire experience.
