This 'KTV' (karaoke) bar is like many in the City of Phnom Penh. Filled with Cambodian men looking for a relaxing evening after a hard day. A bar with hot food and cold beer, and hostesses. Go in, buy a pretty girl a drink, sing a song or three (Cambodians love to sing, no one is perfect), eat some fatty junk food, and unwind. Then head home and tell the wife that you worked late.
This KTV is back a few streets from the river (Mekong), in the 'better' part of the city, where the trendy tourists and the middle class Cambodian papershufflers reside. The entire front of the KTV is filled with neon. Certainly eyecatching.
