Known as Oxwich Castle, this tudor mansion, dating back to the mid 1400's, stands on a headland above Oxwich Bay. There are remnants of a previous fortification on this site as well.

Much of the remaining structure is credited to the work of Sir Rice Mansel and his son Edward and built in the prosperous 1500s. The Mansels were a minor gentry family who prospered under the Tudor monarchs.

The castle has a souvenir shop and self guided tours are offered.
