Is this figure a swashbuckler? an explorer? a dandy? I'm not sure what he is but he does cut a fine figure. He is on the top of a pole, constantly rotating, in front of the Louis Tussaud's Waxworks in Niagara Falls. Louis Tussaud's Waxworks used to be located on Clifton Hill but is now located on Victoria Avenue, at the top of Clifton Hill.
From the website:
"Louis Tussaud's Waxworks is a collection of instantly recognizable, true-to-life wax figures crafted by recognized wax artists from around the world. The stunning English Tudor style building houses over 100 true-to-life wax figures in 16 spectacularly themed galleries.
