One of the nicest small town veterans memorials you will ever see is in the small Ohio town of The Plains.

Very nice dark marble monument with the Seal of the United States and the insignia of the five branches of our Armed Forces. The monument is surrounded with carefully tended plants and is located in front of the old Plains School.
