When you hike down Mount Rigi heading south towards Lake Lucerne, then you can find this spot. It's not one of the major hiking trails in the area, more an alternative side route. After the station "Romiti/Felsentor" there is a trail to Felsentor, a natural rock gate and just behind a Buddhist meditation center with the same name (with good weather at weekends, when there are no seminars, then they have a little vegetarian restaurant; but check first, it's not very regular). When you leave their area the trail makes a curve to the right and there is a small observation point from where you have a great overlook over the lake and the surrounding mountains and some of the towns at the shore.
