Here is a memorial to the 'border farmer' by Ivor Roberts Jones.. This is a bronze cast memorial on a mound of rocks secured by concrete. The figure is in a flat cap, a long coat and holds a sheep back behind a stick, a classic figure of the old Welsh/English farmer, and a nod to the strong farming tradition in the border region of Denbighshire/Shropshire/Wrexham.
