Montpelier has a history of fast racing dating back to 1903. It's surprising to find such a history in a little out of the way place like Montpelier but none the less its where it has been happening.
Drivers like like Jeff Gordon, Tony Stewart, PJ and Chad Jones son and grandson of Parnelli Jones drove here. Even Al Unser Sr visited the track! So its not just a little unknown hole in the wall track. Come check it out one night.
Races are held on Saturday nights (Fridays too some weeks). The classes of racers are numerous. Street Stocks, super street, UMP mods, thunder, mod lites, and sprints. Racing continues April through October.
