The Market Place office complex is located at 1365 Main Street in downtown Springfield. It is a four storey retail/office complex which has a glass enclosed street level atrium which has shops, a salon, and two cafes. The upper three floors have office suites. The rarely viewed City of Springfield flag is on permanent display in the atrium.

The flag has a white shield on a blue field. The top of the shield has the name of the city - Springfield. Inside the shield is an image of the famous statue of Deacon Samuel Chapin (The Puritan) by Augustus Saint-Gaudens. Deacon Samuel Chapin was one of the founding fathers of Springfield.
