The beach in Gdansk Brzezno is a sandy one. There is a stationary water slide available but there are also some inflated water slides, intended for the youngest beach lovers. The fans of active recreation can enjoy volleyball and football pitches and a walking and biking route which runs along the sea coast. A wide choice of catering facilities can also be found at the beaches or close by.
One of the attractions of the Polish coast is the 130-meter pier in Gdansk-Brzezno. It is estimated that at the peak of the season the beach near Brzezno is visited by 50 thousand people a day!
In the ranking of Polish beaches prepared by the "Polityka" weekly in 2003, bathing resort located in Gdansk Brzezno received the best possible award (*****). In the ranking in 2006 beach Brzezno received ***** and won the 3rd place in the whole classification.
In 2006 Gdansk Brzezno was awarded the international Blue Flag program.
