The town consists of three buildings, Shirley and Tom's home, Shirley's ceramic shop at times, and an abandoned seed/feed store. That's it!
Shirley is the self appointed mayor with Tom as second in command per Shirley. Her son gets honorable mention by Shirley but he lives outside of the city limits so she labels him an "outsider".
The town hasn't always been so small, back in the late 1800's it had its heyday when the population peaked at 12! Back then the town was known as Good View. Now days its more like no view if you blink.
