During summer 2011 was installed on main square (námestí Jana Žižky)in Cáslav simple meteorological pillar, where citizens and tourist can inform about actual weather situation. One can find in the column with thermometer, barometer, hygrometer. Information about history of observing weather in the city and about weather records here are also presented.
