A marker from the Naval Hydrographic Survey, established in 1999. Located on the concrete walkway towards the main entrance of the Lynn Meadows Discovery Center in Gulfport MS.
Marker reads on top "Discovery I" and on the bottom line "979316.4 MGals". After averaging the position of the marker over 2 minutes with the GPS placed on the mark, the marker was placed at 25ft elevation.
Condition: Mark found in good condition
