The plaque is mounted at the wall of the former city bath, at the entrance to Husovy Sady park.
The text reads "Let's bow to the legacy of all brothers and sisters who suffered in the time of communist tyranny and oppression" and a quote from Mt 5:10 "Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven."
The plaque has been placed after 1989 by Konfederace politickych veznu - The Federation of Political Prisoners.
