The Jersey County Victorian Festival is held annually every Labor Day Weekend. It features a civil war reenactment, agriculture activities, arts and crafts, live music and more. Tours of the Fulkerson mansion are also offered. It was built by LT. Col. William Fulkerson C.S.A. in 1866. Meet famous people like Abe Lincoln and General Grant while you are there. There is something for everyone at this event.
