On the west side of the Mekong from Phnom Penh is this Buddhist pagoda. Clearly the pagoda is of some age, there are older buildings back from the main street, but there is one new building under construction near the main road. The interior of which is replete with Buddhist paintings on the walls. Associated with the pagoda is a primary school. There was no one present when I visited who could speak English, so I was unable to ascertain any history of the pagoda.
The name given is the phonetic transliteration from Kymer into English.
