In Boston, on the campus of Northeastern University, is a path between school buildings and the Orange Line-Train lines, is a series of sculptures along a path. One of these sculptures is a work of art titled, "Orb."
This object is over six feet tall. The sphere appears to be a metal. The cup that the sphere sits on and the pool container are made out of stone. A thin skin of water cascades over the orb.
The sculpture was created by Katthleen Van Deusen and Skylight Studios in 1997.
