I've passed this silo many times and was very intrigued with it, so today, on my way to the State Fair, I stopped by the roadside and saw that not only was it a painted silo, but it had the names of some soldiers on the north side. I took pics of the silo and the names, so if anybody can add anymore info, that'd be great.
