On the south side of a brick building adjacent to a vacant lot is decorated with a mural that, as its principal motif, has young people involved in various outdoor activities; there are skateboarders, a dog walker, a musician, hacky sack players, picnickers, people sitting and reading. At the bottom of the mural is a row of flags of several nations from widely separated places around the world. This suggests that the mural was produced to promote tolerance among all people.
The building is located on 243 Pleasant Street (Route 5), on the west side, in Northampton. It is most easily seen by northbound travellers.
