This Warning Siren is located in the West Jordan City Cemetery, adjacent to the maintenance building, on the West end of the Cemetery. It is a large yellow siren that sits atop a telephone pole. This doesn't seem to be a likely spot for a Warning Siren, but I would assume that it is a remnant from a former West Jordan City Fire Station, adjacent and directly south of the City Cemetery.
The West Jordan City Cemetery is located at the southeast corner of 1300 West and 7800 South.
