The 'Titanic' restaurant has been around since the early 90s, and back then, it was good food and good value. I regret to say that since those halcyon days the prices have increased, while the quality and value for money has declined. Now it is a tourist trap, rather than an expat hangout.
Anyway, on the northern side of the restaurant is the main entrance, which is shaped as the bow of a ship, and above this shines the name: "Titanic Restaurant and Lounge" (formerly, not a lounge). Bright and distinct in the night. The restaurant is located on the banks of the Mekong River in central Phnom Penh, adjacent to the main pier. An interesting juxtaposition, for a restaurant named 'Titanic'.
