Originally known as Salem Evangelical Church, this church was built in 1874 to serve the growing German immigrant population in Milwaukee. The bluff colored brick building was designed by Ben Graf in a Gothic Revival style. The building is now used by the St. Michael's Ukrainian Catholic Church and is in good condition.
The church building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.
