This trio of pinwheels catch the wind to spin near the parking lot at a bike trail near the Pearson Lakes Art Center. The reflective tape spiraling up each pole adds a special touch at night. “Summer’s Surprise” was created by William Lieb, one of the winners of the ArtSMART sculpture contest in June of 2009. The plaque beneath the artwork says:
