The Sand Trap has recently re-opened under new management. It is a somewhat differently designed miniature golf course. There are no obstacles such as windmills or houses to navigate. It resembles a regular golf course with many sand traps and water hazards. The unique feature of this course is the fountains. There are many of them, each spouting blue water. The ponds that the fountains create are the real obstacles you must avoid. Par is 39. The second hole has a narrow fairway with a sand trap on the left and a water hazard on the right. If you overshoot the hole there is a pond in the back.
It's somewhat pricey for adults but not too expensive for seniors. So, its a good place to take the grandchildren. Replay is $5. There is ice cream, hamburgers and hot dogs available at the adjacent Twin Silos restaurant.
