Man and Dog at Erie Zoo - Erie, PA - Sit-by-me Statues on Waymarking.com

This bronzed statue at the Erie Zoo is called "Man and Dog". The man is sitting on a bench with enough room for someone to have a seat next to him and admire his best friend, or maybe share a treat. My son didn't even pause, he just sat right down and called for the dog to play catch. The dog is happily perched, ready to please his master, or anyone seeking a resting spot.
The statue is so detailed, you almost have to look twice to make sure it's not real. We really enjoyed our day and this was a perfect spot for a photo shoot!
