It’s time to sit and discuss government policy with someone who knows about it first hand. The kind face of President Thomas Jefferson is welcoming as he sits outside this Fargo Scheels All Sports store. The statue was placed there in the spring of 2011 inviting some interaction with customers entering the store. The bronze likeness holds a large document book, perhaps holding the Declaration of Independence. It is an honor to share the bench with this gentleman. A plaque with his story stands next to the statue.
