I took several pictures, since it is hard to read the memorial.
The memorial reads:
In heartfelt remembrance of the twelve members of our community who perished in the devastating tornado of May 31, 1985, and in grateful appreciation to the countless volunteers who gave so willingly of themselves to assist the living.
This memorial is dedicated the 31st day of May, 1986.
