This Pivot is carved into a stone on the SW face of the wall at the N side of the path that runs just below, and to the N of, Cragg quarries and the Rossendale Way.

It's 35.1m SE of a wall junction and is easily accessed either from Cowpe village via the Pennine Bridle Way, via the Rossendale Way or by one of the many paths that criss-cross the Rossendale moors.
