The bench mark is a disk set in a sea wall located at the SW corner of the Marina, 10.79 m (35.4 ft) east of the centerline of the road that leads into the north parking lot, 2.80 m (9.2 ft) south of a storm drain where it exits the sea wall, 1.31 m (4.3 ft) north of the south end of the sea wall, and 0.3 m (1 ft) above adjacent sidewalk.
