If you need information about the Lake Erie Shore Islands, from Vermillion to Genoa, this is the place to get it. The area offers thrills from amusement parks like Cedar Point, waterparks, natural thrills like Lake Erie fishing, beaches and Ohio's only islands.
Unfortunately, like many "tourist" centers, they only have weekday business hours but the website says they offer extended hours on weekends from Labor Day - Memorial Day.
The Welcome Center is located at 770 S.E. Catawba Road, Port Clinton, OH 43452
Hours of Operation:
Monday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Special Hours: extended hours starting in May, and are open daily Memorial Day-Labor Day weekends
