Its unusual to find coin operated binoculars at an indoor venue. The Springfield Science Museum has binoculars overlooking the African Hall exhibit. From the second floor there are small balconies equipped with these optical devices. Visitors can then pretend they are on safari in Africa and peering down at the wildlife.
