Wat "Om Poor Set Lie"—Kratie, Cambodia. - Buddhist Temples and Public Shrines on Waymarking.com

I came across this Wat travelling south from the small provincial capital city of Kratie, in northern Cambodia. The Wat is clearly of some age, but is undergoing an extensive renovation. There are many new statues on the Wat grounds. The Wat itself consists of a single prayer building with a set of monk quarters some distance away. When I visited there were no monks present on the grounds and the buildings were closed. I suspect, as it seems in Cambodia, many provincial wats are staffed by part-time monks, who work on farms the remainder of the time. The new statues on the grounds are interesting to see. A bumpy road from Kratie!

The name is spelt phonetically, as it was sounded to me by a local. No idea of the 'official' transliteration. Feel free to add this if it is present some time in the future.
