This bridge spans over the C&D Canal built for boats to go from Philidelpha to Baltimaore more quickley. All allong the Delaware side of the canal are over 130 caches to find! I have found only about 80 of them so far. If you are lucky you will see a HUGE boat go by you. If you are coming south going north you will have to pay a toll. $2 dollars on weekends and $1 on the weekdays. There is toll on this road, on the Route 1 side of the bridge. There are not one, but two bridges at this location. This one is for Route 1, not Route 13.
