The Ezra Pratt House was built circa 1784. The house displays a mix of Greek Revival and Colonial styles. It is a two story, it is five bays across. The house has clapboard side and has a central chimney. It appears it may have had an addition to its rear at some time during its history. It appears to be in very good condition.
